I called Ducane Grills, now owned by Weber – Stephens, yesterday for some customer service and was again pleased with Weber’s response. I honestly can’t name a company that’s been as great with customer service as this company is.
My fantastic, very well used, stainless Ducane needs new burners. The lady that answered the phone was great. I didn’t have the reciept or anything like that, I just gave her the serial number and my name, told her the problem and she said she’d fix me right up.
She also asked me how I cleaned the burners. I told her I just brushed them off. Well it seems you’re supposed to clean the inside of the burners also; it’s in the manual. I told her I didn’t have a manual and didn’t remember getting one so the kind lady told me she’d send me one, along with three new burners.
I swear, this company stands by their products like none I’ve dealt with before. There’s no question I’ll be a Weber customer for many years to come.
