I’ve been on the South Beach Diet for 10 days now and I’ve lost about 13lbs. I still have another 10 or so to go, but once I’m finished with Phase One I’ll get to add some starches and fruit, not much, but some.
For those of you thinking about going on a diet, I highly recommend this one. It’s so simple and easy. Basically you stay away from all fruits, fats, and carbs for two weeks, then add them back, bit by bit, into your diet.
Instead of steak and potato, it’s London Broil and spinach. Not a bad trade off if you ask me.
