  1. i dont know about this recipe no water in the pan the chichked dry as helll in the ove in going to b crispy in five mts with no type of water in the pan

  2. Sorry it took so long to respond. I needed help decifering what you wrote.
    Dark meat has lots of fat to render off. Cooking it slowly allows the fat to actually baste the meat under the skin. It will not be crisy in 5 minutes if your oven thermometer is accurate.

  4. I know this recipe has been here a while, but I just stumbled across it this evening after buying 6 already seasoned chicken thighs and since I don’t own a grill, …. They turned out perfect.
